Billing & Plans

The Nouncify Manage account tab provides a consolidated view of your active limits and subscriptions across both your individual profile and any shared Workplaces you own.

You can view full plan comparisons and pricing details at nouncify.com/pricing.

Individual Profile

This section outlines the capabilities of your base personal profile:

• View your included features (e.g., Name recordings, up to 10 Circles, up to 250 recorded names, and Audiogram generation).
• Ready to scale?: A quick action button to Create a Workplace if you need to upgrade and unlock brand features like Nouncify Meetings, Hosted Collects, and native integrations.

Workplace Billing

If you manage teams or businesses, this section lists all of your registered Workplaces:

• Organization List: See every Workplace you own alongside its current subscription tier (e.g., FREE PLAN or BUSINESS PLAN).
• Manage Limits: Click this button next to any Workplace to navigate directly to its specific billing and add-on dashboard to manage capacity.

Danger Zone

At the bottom of the page is the option to Delete my account.

• Using this will permanently delete your Nouncify identity, audio recordings, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
