How it works

Setting up your meeting prep takes under 2 minutes:

1. Connect your calendar: Link your Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, or Apple Calendar — Nouncify syncs directly with each provider.
2. Meeting URL created: When you create an event, Nouncify auto-generates a unique Meeting URL and adds it to your calendar invite.
3. Participants record names: Nouncify emails the URL to all attendees so everyone can record and learn each other’s name before the call.
