How it works

Launching your staff directory is a seamless process using the Import Wizard:

  1. Create: Set up your Staff Directory and define your initial settings within your Workplace dashboard.
  2. Import: Import your team members via the Import Wizard using single-entry or Bulk CSV.
  3. Invite: Automatic email invites request staff to record their names on their own time.
  4. Publish: Launch an internal or public directory so everyone knows how to address each other.

  • Bulk CSV Imports: Quickly populate your entire team list at once using our simple CSV import templates.
  • Analytics: Monitor your directory traffic and engagement by linking your Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or Meta Pixel via your Brand Profile settings.
